Terms For Employers

A.The expressions the part if Universe Star Placement and employer shall include, their respective heirs executors, representatives and as signed.

B. Employee monthly salary chque draw directly received by M/S Universe Star Placement Ludhiana /India from employer.

C. The employer issue appointment letter as per his /her terms and conditions to employee.

D. TA/DA medical allowance payable to employee as mutual consent.

E. The service conditions of any employee shall not be changed, removed and dismissal unless given a prior notice of 30 days.

F. If the salary chque disowned the employer is liable to as per law and M/S Universe Star Placement shall take a legal action.

G. The designated employee have agrees and bound his /her 1st sallary 50% to pay M/S Universe Star Placement &M/S Universe Star Placement collect direct chque received by the employer and after dedication reaming amount pay chque or cash pay to employee or if the employer handover the chque directly to the employee it has to inform M/S Universe Star Placement.

H. Inform us in hand for any requirement/ interview/postal details by emails or sending a written letter to M/S Universe Star Placement. Candidates those short listed will be called for a telephonic interview at M/S Universe Star Placement.

Terms And Conditions For Employee
1. I / we M/S Universe Star Placement at 129/2, St.no6 Peeru Banda, P.O. Salem Tabri, Neta Ji Nagar, Ludhiana , done in Good F faith , where it is in fact done honestly , not melafide and negligently .

2. That the issuance of cheque by the Employer without having in sufficient funds in the bank is an act which has been done deliberately, mischievously and malfunction with an intention to cheat the M/S Universe Star Placement And both parties (employee) in-power to taken legal action against the employer as per law.

3. The (employee) agrees and bound his /her 50% OF THE GROSS SALARY to be pay the placements company and Placement co collect direct cheque received by the employer and after dedication reaming amount pay chque or cash pay to employee as a fee to M/S Universe Star Placement for placing the candidates.

4. They shall be executing, deposit all such documents present personally in the office behalf I /we offer placement job. No employee can leave his /her job before 180 days (hundred and eighty days ) without giving the company and the M/S Universe Star placement a genuine reason in written. This Claus is applicable if the company bounds the M/S Universe Star Placement for this rule. This rule very's company to company.

5. The placement company will not interfere in any legal matter in which employee has been appointed.

6. If the candidates is short listed and after getting his/ her appointment letter it has to pay his /her percentage to M/S Universe Star Placement immediately then only the candidates appointment letter will be handed over to him /her by M/S Universe Star Placement.

7. Employee has to go for a telephonic interview before interacting with the company directly and sing a copy of agreement on revenue stamped paper and self attested photo id with residence proof.

8. This agreement has to be made on a stamp paper of R's/20 stamp paper with notary with attested copy also to submit Photo id and address proof as ration card, passport or counsellor signature on copies.

9. If the candidate is not willing to work or the company rejects his /her CV then he/she will not approach directly or recommend any other candidates. If M/S Universe Star Placement come to know about this it will take a legal action against the candidate.

10. . If the company rejects the candidate this agreement will be carry forward to other jobs placement of the candidates.

11. If the candidates payees M/S universe Star Placement the percentage immediately during appointment letter then he or she will sign up only on a Rs5 revenue stamped paper those willing to pay us on his/her first salary cheque shall sign up a agreement on R's. 20 stamped paper with notary.

12. . If the candidates are female she needs to sign this agreement along with her guardian signature.

13. If any dispute arise (parties) taken legal action subject to district court Ludhiana Jurisdiction only.

14. The employee has to agree to these terms and conditions the placement company will be charging a minimum processing fee.

15. . The processing fee and the salary percentage are non-refundable 500 Rs.
