•Production Planning & Control from Machine shop.
•Implementation & Follow-up of ISO & TQM (5S, Flow Manufacturing etc.) on shop floor area.
•Handling the production of broaching, stone grinding, belt grinding, hardening, tempering, barreling, gauging, shot blasting etc. areas.
•Control the consumable cost of machine shop.
•Provide proper training of 5s to the workers.
•Handling the manpower.
•To improve the production.
•Responsible for analysis of machining rejection on monthly basis.
•Maintain the ISO documentation.
•Authorized to stop the production in case of any no confirmation W.R.T standards / reference samples.
